Atlantic Semiconductor was incorporated in 1995. Our mission is to service and provide Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) and
Contract Manufacturers (CM’s) with semiconductors, integrated circuits and computer products. As a Risk Management Company,
Atlantic’s competitive advantage is our focus on supplying large OEM’s and CM’s with hard to find components &
computer products. Our continued success is attributed to our ability to provide significant cost savings through constant acquisition
of excess inventory from various OEM's & CM's.
Atlantic has grown into a reputable firm servicing Fortune 500 companies such as: 3M, Hewlett Packard/Agilent, Arrow, Flextronics Corporation,
NCR Corporation, Boston Scientific, Nokia, Raytheon, and more. Atlantic’s Account Executives have built these relationships over many years
through dedicated, personalized service, combined with valuable experience within independent & franchised distributors. Today our customer
base is worldwide, providing service to Japan, China, Europe, the Middle East, South America, and North America. Our global clientele allows us
to compare inventory and fully support our customer's requirements.
Atlantic’s corporate office is located at 380 Boston Street, Topsfield, Massachusetts. Our 25,000 square feet facility has 7,000 square feet
allocated for sales, marketing, and accounting, while another 13,000 square feet is reserved for shipping, receiving, and product inventory. We
currently stock over 35,000 line items that are offered to our OEM’s and our vendors. We digitally store over 4 million line items from
OEM’s, CM’s, and other vendors in our custom database.

Quality Control
Atlantic Semiconductor’s Quality Control Department assures your satisfaction in the quality of our products and the accuracy of our shipments.
All of our technicians work in a controlled environment using anti-static protection when examining or digitally photographing product. Atlantic
occupies 25,000 sq feet of newly renovated office and warehouse space. Atlantic’s proprietary database, offers an inventory of easily accessible
components and computer products. Atlantic also provides a variety of programs designed to assist our clients with their excess and obsolescent
material.
Atlantic Semiconductor is a proud member of ERAI, Electronic Resellers Association Inc, and is also ISO Compliant. Atlantic works with established,
qualified and approved vendors only. We do extensive research on all our suppliers in order to ensure our clients accurate and conforming product.
We pride ourselves in forming long lasting relationships with our vendors who will enable us to fulfill our client’s requirements.
The purpose of Atlantic Semiconductor's Quality Manual is to define and describe the quality system, acknowledge
authorities and responsibilities of the management personnel involved in the operation of the system and to provide general procedures for all activities
comprising Atlantic Semiconductor’s Quality System. Another purpose of this manual is to present the quality system to our customers and other external
interested parties and to inform them what specific controls are implemented at Atlantic Semiconductor to assure quality.
